Diversey is looking for a:REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (West London)We are looking for someone who can develop and nurture relationships within a B2B market and who has a proven track record of securing new business coupled with the ability to recognise the importance of delivering what is promised.As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic growth of the full Diversey UK portfolio (ranging from chemicals, dosing and dispensing equipment to cleaning machinery) through business development via a direct or in-direct route to market. Your key focus will be targeting and winning qualified opportunities in the London and South West area with new large potential clients and channel partners (wholesalers) in collaboration with your colleagues.You’ll be responsible for creating the new business funnel and creating strategic detailed account plans before you ensure a smooth handover to a key account manager that will manage the client when the deal has landed.This position is a key sales roles within a fast-expanding team. If you share a passion for a more sustainable business, then come and join us!Key Responsibilities: leads on Regional or National accounts through own channels, contacts, trade fairs, meetings etc.and win qualified opportunities with new regional customers.new business funnel for defined key customers/segments and maintain in Salesforceacquisition activities with BDM Director, sector leader and Inside Hunter and preparation of offers either solely or with admin/support staffa customer relationship and maintain contact with decision-makers and employeeselaboration and implementation of measures in their sector to ease salesutilisation of remote sales tools and encourage service teams to utilize remote service tool to ensure efficient serviceand maintain contact with key opinion leaders and convince them of Diversey offering.The Ideal Candidate will have: in field sales.experience in Business Development, B2B and Large Corporate Accounts.digital skills. Knowledge of MS packages including Word and Excel.of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.and listening skills. Strong influencing abilities.driving license.to adapt, and persistence.high level of confidence with the ambition to succeed.professional, presentable, and credible attitude.to work independently and as part of a bigger team.
