If you’re just looking for spreadsheets and number-crunching, then this isn’t the role for you – with us, you’ll be visiting stores, keeping up to speed with our brand-new releases and working closely with Regional Managers to keep our business moving. Of course, you’ll be bang up to date on our sales figures, and you’ll uncover the insights that will power our success, but you’ll also be helping to develop your team, working alongside brilliant colleagues and developing new skills. This isn’t about making the numbers work; it’s about seeing the opportunity, pushing yourself and making it happen. 

 

 

What you’ll do

  • Analyse our sales and customer service results to help identify new priorities and opportunities 

  • Share your insights, expertise and experience with teams across the business 

  • Make regular visits to your stores to help coach, develop and support your colleagues 

  • Keep on top of the latest and greatest products, services and propositions 

  • Contribute key input to help inform the big decisions at a regional and divisional level 

  • Work closely with the Regional Manager, taking on responsibility as required 

You’ll definitely: 

  • Have a track record of inspiring others to deliver real commercial performance and excellent customer service 

  • Understand how to influence and build genuine relationships with anyone and everyone 

 

You might even: 

  • Understand the telecoms sector 

  • Have experience in a head office role within a retail context
