The Regional Director of Sales will focus on implementing sales strategy and revenue growth across the portfolio of properties in the Midlands.�
The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills and experience of leading a strong, proactive sales team.�
Responsibilities:�
� Senior leadership of the group sales operation�
� Identify new business opportunities locally, nationally and internationally�
� Collaborate with the wider commercial team to plan and implement sales strategy, budget processes and sales direction�
� Take ownership of the Meeting & Events segment for the group, build and maintain key relationships, drive conversion and support onsite operational teams�
