Edwards & Finn is proud to be working with this exciting national hospitality management and consultancy service. This forward thinking, rapidly expanding business is looking for a dynamic, solution orientated Regional Director of Sales with a passion for Meetings & Events.�

The Regional Director of Sales will focus on implementing sales strategy and revenue growth across the portfolio of properties in the Midlands.�

The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills and experience of leading a strong, proactive sales team.�

Responsibilities:�

� Senior leadership of the group sales operation�

� Identify new business opportunities locally, nationally and internationally�

� Collaborate with the wider commercial team to plan and implement sales strategy, budget processes and sales direction�

� Take ownership of the Meeting & Events segment for the group, build and maintain key relationships, drive conversion and support onsite operational teams�
