Our client are a leading UK energy provider with a UK-wide portfolio. They are hiring for a Regional Facilities Manager to join their team on a permanent basis in South Eastern England.
Your new role
As Regional Facilities Manager, you will take ownership and ensure the safe and effective delivery of facility services across your portfolio of sites by associated service providers. Key duties will include:

  • Ensuring the safety and incident-free work of dedicated on-site staff
  • You will adhere to strict organisation policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Bring expert knowledge and practical experience in health, safety & environmental compliance
  • Practice approach to incident reporting and hazard identification
  • Proactively stay at the forefront of HS&E legislation, FM legislation & best practice, as well as contract compliance

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience in a multi-site facilities role where you have managed both hard and soft service functions. You will also require:

  • Deep, up-to-date understanding of H&S regulations and compliance within FM
  • Experience in managing cleaning, catering, security & M&E services
  • Full UK driving license
  • You will need to pass BPSS & SC clearances for this role (you need to have lived and worked in the UK for a minimum of 5 years to be considered for this clearance)
  • H&S qualification and certification such as IOSH or NEBOSH is desired
  • Project management skills are desirable
