Job Description

What you’ll do

As a Regional Growth Manager you will spearhead business development activities within the region, encompassing tasks such as marketing, new business development, and proposal management, alongside coordinating the mobilisation of new care packages before integrating them into regular operational management. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the Regional Senior Management team to provide leadership and direction to the organisation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory, financial, and personnel requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence and upholding the shared values of the organisation.

Qualifications

What you need

You will have over 5 years of leadership experience in health and social care, with a focus on sales and business development. You should demonstrate success in marketing initiatives, possess strong commercial and analytical skills, and have a track record of driving business growth. Relationship-building abilities with commissioners, professionals, and clients are essential, along with genuine empathy for the care sector. In addition, you should inspire trust, be hands-on, and have a network within healthcare. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to travel are required.
