Field Based - North East England 6 month Fixed Term Contract As a senior HR business leader, the Regional HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR support, insight and acumen to the senior leadership team, thus assisting in the delivery of company objectives. The Regional HR Business Partner will guide, mentor and challenge business leaders with focus, and be the consultant on People initiatives, and support the Senior HR Team in the development and delivery of the HR strategy and agenda to deliver on HC-One vision and mission. Closing Date: 5.00pm Friday 19th July 2024 You will be an excellent, effective and personable communicator and influencer, with a decisive nature and the ability to manage and prioritise a high, complex workload. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience of working in a senior HR role at Manager level or above, with line management experience, and the ability to lead people with tact and diplomacy. CIPD Qualified Level 7, you will have an up to date and in-depth knowledge of employment law and its application, ideally with experience of working in a multi-site HR business partner model. Regular travel is required across a defined geographic area, Northern England, and a Full Driving Licence is essential. Safeguarding is everyone s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
