New Regional HR Business Partner role.

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a UK based Insurance firm as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, HR Business Partner.
The salary for this role will be up to �55k, depending on experience, plus a car allowance.
Hybrid working is available - 3 days per week from home. The right candidate will need to be able to commute to various UK based sites 2 times per week, when required.
HR Business Partner:
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting management with employee relations matters.
- Leading on recruitment and new starter processes such as onboarding and inductions.
- Reviewing existing HR initiatives.
- Reviewing and implementing staff training and development opportunities.
- Be able to provide support to the HR Director on TUPEs, and HR related projects.
- Data analytics to support strategic vision and growth plans.
- Reviewing of policies and process.
- Employee data management.
Experience required:
- Solid knowledge and understanding of HR and ER related processes.
- A background in the professional services sector would be advantageous.
- Experience supporting and coaching managers/ employees throughout HR related processes.
- Experience of having an active involvement in HR projects and initiatives.
- CIPD or HR related qualification, desirable.
- Be able to commute to various sites across the UK, when required.
