Regional Legal Counsel EMEA We are working closely with a prestigious insurance firm, based in London that are searching for a Regional Legal Counsel to join their established team. Key Accountabilities: You will be leading and supporting on legal and regulatory matters throughout, focussing on UK, Ireland and EMEA Consumer and Digital insurance businesses. Responsibilities include: Supporting the Senior Regional Legal Counsel and Consumer Regional Legal Counsel on all complex matters. B2B Partnership and project implementation Structuring compliant distribution deals Drafting/negotiating agreements, focussing on distribution and other regulated insurance-related agreements. Providing advice on relevant legislation and regulation, focussing on Consumer insurance distribution. The instruction of external counsel.
