Regional Maintenance Manager (North England)

Our well know high street retail client is seeking to enhance their current work force and have a position available for an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager.

Applicants will have a diverse skill set and would of worked in a multi-site Retail or High Street environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• 2-3 years’ previous experience of working in a retail environment in a similar role


• Be able to demonstrate an understanding of building principles, possess a technical ability and a general understanding of key store components (Building fabric HVAC, electrical, plumbing, electrical etc)


• Managing emergency incidents arising from leaks, storms electrical failure and co-ordinating any follow on works


• Understanding and working knowledge of MS Office and New Looks CAFM and Compliance systems HEAT and VisionPro Software and usage of New Looks V-Tag asbestos register   


• Understanding of BMS systems and electrical related systems to ensure optimum energy usage and supporting the Energy Team in relation to store issues

The ideal candidate will be a team player who strives to deliver objectives on time and within budget, keeping their stores looking first class. The ability to deal with emergency situations in a calm and efficient manner is essential.

The successful candidate will advocate for customer excellence by closely working with Store Teams, Retail Managers, and an internal FM Helpdesk, providing technical support and advice.

They will also advocate for ‘joined-up working’ with internal teams, FM contractors, suppliers, and consultants to provide effective solutions on a daily basis.

Salary £49,600
