Contracted Hours:Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday Flexible Working Hours)

Fast Pace Recruitment Services are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit a Regional Manager. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Regional Manager to join a forward-thinking and innovative care home operator. You will oversee a group of 10 care homes consisting of circa 550 beds which supports elderly residents with their medical, emotional & social needs and play a key role with the ongoing development of the care homes, whilst ensuring all regulatory care standards are exceeded across the board.
The Role:
You will undertake a range of services which include the following:
Responsible for setting & embedding the highest standards of care across all Care Homes and to ensure they all achieve the best possible grades from the Care Inspectorate.
Responsible for the day-to-day marketing of the Care Homes to ensure full occupancy levels are reached with waiting lists in place.
Responsible for managing the group of Care Homes P&L to maximise revenue, reduce agency spend and to drive efficiency & productivity.
Provide support to both Peripatetic Managers & Care Home Managers ensuring quality st...
