We are seeking a Regional Manager to join this dynamic business and oversee a division of stores. This role is ideal for a Head of Retail from a smaller business looking to take the next step and join a market-leading brand, or for an existing Area or Regional Manager who is currently on a development programme but feels stuck in a talent pipeline. As a Regional Manager, you will be instrumental in driving performance, raising the bar across your region, and ensuring operational excellence. Your leadership will be key in motivating and developing a high-performing team, maintaining a strong customer focus, and continuing to drive commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a group of stores within the region, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and operational standards.
Drive and deliver sales growth, continuously raising the performance bar across all locations.
Implement and manage new store formats and initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful rollouts.
Develop and mentor store managers, ensuring they have the tools and support to succeed and thrive in their roles.
Monitor and review financial performance, stock levels, and operational processes, making adjustments where necessary to drive performance.
Foster a customer-centric culture within all stores, ensuring each location provides an outstanding customer experience.
Act as a champion of the brand, upholding the company values and helping to maintain its reputation as a leader in the retail market.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in multi-site retail management, with a strong track record of driving sales and operational performance.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop teams at all levels.
A passion for retail, with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Experience in implementing new formats or store concepts, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment.
Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to interpret performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing retail landscape.
