Regional Operations Manager

We are supporting a fantastic elderly care organisation with their search for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to join their successful senior management team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation who truly care. Quality of care is at the heart of everything this organisation does and they come with excellent reputation within the care home sector.
As part of the senior management team you will be working with the home managers and their teams in the Southern region and this role will involve travel between services.

You will have a good understanding of operational function in a multi site business and solid financial understanding alongside an in-depth understanding of the care sector.
