This role will report into our Chief Operating Officer and will a remit of practices across Greater London and the surrounding areas. /p p br /p p Dental Beauty Partners have a vision of becoming a leader in providing exceptional dental care in the UK. All practices operate under a forward-thinking partnership model, meaning each practice ensures it has a dedicated clinical leader to drive success and a great patient journey. Due to growth and new acquisitions soon to join the business, we are now opening the search for an additional Operations Manager to join the group. /p p br /p p strong Responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Supporting the company vision and strategy, growth, business plans and seeking development opportunities /li li Driving Revenue & EBITDA for a remit of mixed dental practices', ensuring all operational KPI's are met, and supporting practices with their P&L delivery /li li Forging strong, meaningful relationships with our Practice Partners & Managers - providing them with expert industry knowledge and analysis /li li Day to day operational support of practice managers within your region /li li Inspire the practice managers to continuously improve and realise their full potential /li li Streamlining operational procedures and systems to increase efficiency and output /li li Developing and maintaining positive professional relationships with all stakeholders, act as a liaison for all suppliers and partner companies /li /ul p br /p p strong Experience /strong : /p ul li We are ideally looking for a Regional Operations Manager with at least 2+ years of experience as an operations/area manager for a multi-site company within the dental or healthcare sector /li li Full driving licence is essential for regular travel to practices /li li Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial reports, develop budgets, and drive revenue growth /li li Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams toward achieving operational excellence /li li Proficient in using management software and technology to optimize clinic operations and performance /li li A strategic thinker with a track record of implementing innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement /li li Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and manage competing priorities /li /ul p br /p p strong Benefits /strong : /p ul li A highly competitive salary of £50-60K P/A will be on offer for the successful candidate, varying upon your level of experience, along with a great bonus structure /li li Car allowance, and soon to be introduced performance related bonus scheme, paid expenses /li li A generous benefits package including, private medical insurance, life assurance, company car scheme, enhanced maternity/paternity leave & discounted dental treatment /li li Hybrid working available with the opportunity to manage your own diary & schedules /li /ul p br /p p If you are interested in joining our innovative Dental Group on our exciting growth journey, please submit an application to be contacted by our Recruitment Partner for an initial call. /p p br /p p Please note, due to a high volume of applications; if you do not receive feedback after 10 working days then please consider yourself unsuccessful on this occasion. /p
