Dental Beauty Partners are excited to be opening a search for a a full-time Regional Operations Manager to join our growing operations team. This role will report into our Chief Operating Officer and will a remit of practices across Greater London and the surrounding areas.

Due to growth and new acquisitions soon to join the business, we are now opening the search for an additional Operations Manager to join the group.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the company vision and strategy, growth, business plans and seeking development opportunities
Driving Revenue & EBITDA for a remit of mixed dental practices', ensuring all operational KPI's are met, and supporting practices with their P&L delivery
Forging strong, meaningful relationships with our Practice Partners & Managers - providing them with expert industry knowledge and analysis
Day to day operational support of practice managers within your region
Inspire the practice managers to continuously improve and realise their full potential
Streamlining operational procedures and systems to increase efficiency and output
Developing and maintaining positive professional relationships with all stakeholders, act as a liaison for all suppliers and partner companies
Experience
:
We are ideally looking for a Regional Operations Manager with at least 2+ years of experience as an operations/area manager for a multi-site company within the dental or healthcare sector
Full driving licence is essential for regular travel to practices
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial reports, develop budgets, and drive revenue growth
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams toward achieving operational excellence
Proficient in using management software and technology to optimize clinic operations and performance
A strategic thinker with a track record of implementing innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and manage competing priorities

A highly competitive salary of £50-60K P/A will be on offer for the successful candidate, varying upon your level of experience, along with a great bonus structure
