SUMMARY The Regional People Services Manager is a leadership role in Europe responsible for overseeing and directing the People Services functions across multiple countries, within the European region. This role is key in partnering and influencing leadership on all people related strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned Provide strategic leadership and thought partnership to leaders, that align regional People Services initiatives with overall QTS goals. Develop and implement strategies that address regional workforce needs, including diversity, and cultural considerations. Collaborate with regional business leaders, People Services teams, and other stakeholders to ensure programming such as succession planning and performance management supports business objectives. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Partner with our People Services Operations team to develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to the regional market. Ensure People Services policies and practices comply with local labor laws, regulations, and QTS standards. Lead initiatives related to organizational change, mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring within the region. Utilize available data analytics to assess workforce trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Guide regional training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, competencies, and retention. Navigate cultural differences and promote an inclusive workplace environment. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Completion of a higher education degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Five or more years of experience working in a similar role. Demonstrated experience in leading HR functions across multiple countries in Europe, understanding regional nuances and compliance requirements. Experience and knowledge in handling complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with diverse labor laws across European countries. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Successful history in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies within a multinational context. Experience using data to make informed decisions and coach leadership Experience coaching and mentoring all levels of employees, including leadership KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Ability to navigate and manage cultural diversity, fostering an inclusive workplace environment. Proven ability to provide strategic leadership and align initiatives with overall business goals. Familiarity with aligning HR policies and practices with global standards while considering regional variations.
