Regional Project Manager 
Location: Morayshire 

Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role within a dynamic and growing business? We’re looking for a talented Regional Project Manager to join our clients European Project Management team. In this role, you’ll oversee key projects from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery, on time and within budget.

As a Regional Project Manager, you’ll be a key player in driving the company’s growth and innovation across the food & drink industry. You’ll manage capital engineering projects and large-scale New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects from concept through to completion.
  • Develop innovative solutions to project challenges, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, wins, and budgets, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Operations, Supply Chain, NPD, Commercial, Finance) and external partners (suppliers, contractors).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the European Project Management team, enhancing processes and performance.

What Our Client is Looking For:


  • Proven experience in project management within the FMCG or food & drink sector.
  • Strong track record in delivering multiple projects simultaneously in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Degree-level qualification or time-served engineer with relevant experience.
  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt throughout project lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teams through non-dictatorial leadership.
