Salary: �110k - �130k + 30% Bonus

Our client, a market-leading workforce provider in the UK infrastructure sector, is seeking a Regional Director / Sales Director to lead operations across a major region.

The Role

As Regional Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees while driving business growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. You will be P&L accountable, leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional workforce solutions across blue collar, white collar, M&E, and in-house training academy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute regional strategies in line with company objectives.
  • P&L Leadership: Manage financial performance, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee workforce solutions delivery, maintaining high service standards.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Strengthen relationships with key clients to secure new business.
  • People Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop teams to create a high-performance culture.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to the highest safety and regulatory standards.
  • Performance Management: Monitor key business metrics and implement continuous improvements.
