Job title: Regional Sales Manager - Instrumentation (APAC)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join the Instrumentation division and contribute to our continued success in the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for the Instrumentation division within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement divisional sales strategies in collaboration with the Head of Instrumentation.
  • Evaluate and manage distribution partners, onboarding new partners where necessary.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to existing partners.
  • Act as a key contact for sales enquiries, supporting the sales and product development processes.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and manage the sales pipeline using HubSpot.
  • Create in-depth sales reports, market activity analysis, and competitor insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly within the Instrumentation sector.
  • Strong knowledge of products and the gas sensing technology market.
  • Excellent networking and business development skills.
  • Ability to identify and drive sales into new market sectors.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
