Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to spearhead our presence in the leisure, hospitality, and commercial markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of our modular off-site construction solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of future customers. Key Responsibilities: Market Penetration: Identify, target, and engage with decision-makers across our existing and future customer base to introduce our modular off-site construction solutions. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including resort owners, operators, and development teams. Solution Selling: Understand the specific requirements and challenges of each client and propose customised modular construction solutions that align with their objectives and budget. Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring consistent progress and timely follow-up. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design, engineering, and project management, to develop comprehensive proposals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to management. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the construction and/or leisure industries, preferably in modular or off-site construction. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Experience selling to leisure and hospitality clients, with a focus on holiday resorts and golf resorts, is highly desirable. Familiarity with the construction project lifecycle and procurement processes within the leisure sector. Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a customer-centric approach to sales. Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
