We are currently collaborating with a well-established Cambridgeshire-based manufacturer with over two decades of industry experience in the supply of products to the consumer and B2B construction market whilst they seek an ASM for the Southeast region. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 150 - 200 accounts in a region stretching from Hertfordshire to the south coast and East to Essex/Kent.
As a manufacturer, they hold complete control over the quality and range of their products, and offer unrivalled quality and service. As such they seek a professional, articulate salesperson with excellent account management and account growth ability, spotting opportunities to maximise sales, and likewise limit any loss of market share.
The role is field-based, out with clients 4 days per week (6 appointments per day) and 1 day from home, the role comes with a hybrid BMW 3 series, and a monthly bonus scheme. You will also be supported with an internal sales and customer service function to ensure you can focus on the growth of your regional accounts.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in regional sales in a comparable sector such as KBB, construction, electrical or plumbing, and a demonstrable history of achieving sales targets. Please note if you have regional sales experience from other sectors, your CV will still be considered but a closer fit on attributes will be required. Candidates must be based within the boundaries of the patch.
