With a revenue of €9BN and continuous growth worldwide, they are looking for an Regional Sales Manager to join their UK team.Our client adopts an extremely positive environment for their employees, where unique perspectives and individuality is celebrated; innovation and a curiosity to learn is actively encouraged, supported by endless learning opportunities and the freedom to establish your own career path.This is a field-based role.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets of the designated territoryMaintain and develop relationships with both new and existing client accounts, ensuring client visits are frequent and consistent Deliver presentations showcasing new and seasonal products to clients at least twice per yearFollow up on new leads and referrals as a result of field activityEnsure effective brand, product and visual merchandising training with clients to ensure best possible brand presenceActively support and engage in international events, as well as marketing/visual merchandising initiativesEnsure that clients’ product range remains fulfilled and that orders are completed in a timely mannerIdentify and resolve any client concerns regarding products and services; proactively work to resolveThe Successful Candidate2+ years B2B field sales experience Experience of selling to independent retailers is a plusClassic sales training is idealA full, clean driving license is essentialThe Regional Sales Manager PackageBasic Salary: £38,000OTE: £80,000 Company carPrivate healthcareOptional share scheme25 days holiday
