Regional Sales Manager - UKAn opportunity to join a growing team for an automation component manufacturer servicing UK&I. They are an Award Winning All-in-one PLC+HMI manufacturer with bespoke Programming Software included.Responsibilities:Collaborate with existing direct accounts, cultivate new relationships, and participate in large project bids to drive sales growth.Work closely with sales channels to maximize product and service sales within the designated territory. This involves creating business plans, setting annual goals, forecasting, evaluating channel partner performance, tracking projects and opportunities, and providing sales training and coaching to partner sales personnel.Identify and develop new sales channel opportunities.Manage and support sales channel accounts.Monitor and report on project sales opportunities, coordinating with other team members during project pursuits.Offer sales feedback on competitive information, product requirements, features, and emerging market opportunities.Provide monthly reports on territory performance, activities, business forecasts, opportunity tracking, and any relevant business issues.Requirements:Willingness and availability to travel as needed for client / pottential client visits (estimated up to 50%).Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in sales and/or marketing roles.Broad knowledge of industrial automation.Experience with products, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), sales channels, and direct accounts.Strong organisational, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work well within a team.Salary & Benefits:Salary : £50,000/ annum + BonusBenefits : Car / Car Allowance, Company Pension scheme Contact me direct on 07596860360
