We're recruiting for a global leader in CNC technology, and we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across the UK & Ireland. You'll be responsible for new business acquisition, account management, and strategic market development.

What you'll do:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver top-tier customer solutions

• Proven sales experience in high-tech capital equipment (ideally CNC)
• Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• UK-based with excellent access to the road network
• Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland
