Job Title: Registered Care Home Manager

Location: Burnley

Salary: Paying upwards of �60,000 dependent on experience

Essential Experience required:

  • Nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
  • A minimum of three years management experience, ideally within complex care

We are pleased to be working with a progressive and expanding organisation, as they search for a Registered Care Home Manager for their newly commissioned Care Home.

This position provides a unique chance to establish and lead your own service and team, significantly impacting the lives of residents within a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility, specifically catering for adults living with complex needs. This 34-bed home will ideally suit an individual experienced in supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities.
