Registered Care Manager

Suercall Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join our friendly team in Wiltshire area.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and support care staff ensuring adherence to domiciliary care plans and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Oversee the delivery of personalised domiciliary care.
• Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reports, and updating records accurately.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and continuity of care between shifts.

You will need:

• Previous Registered Manager experience
• NVQ 5 in Direct Care (essential)
• CQC registered
• Excellent literacy, numeracy and communications skills
• Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
• Positive and caring attitude (essential)
