As the Registered Manager, Children's Residential, you will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the 4 bedroom children's residential home
  • Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations
  • Leading and managing the staff team
  • Developing and implementing therapeutic care plans
  • Conducting regular staff training and reflection sessions
  • Setting up policies and procedures
  • Implementing plans for all children

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager, Children's Residential role will have:
  • Level 5 qualification
  • 2 years of experience working in a residential setting
  • 1 year of management experience
  • Therapeutic approach
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Will consider a deputy ready to make the step up for first registration
