Registered Children's Manager - Residential, Sutton Coldfield

Position: Full-Time, 40 hours per week 

Salary: £44,000 + Performance & Inspection Bonus (up to £69,000) DOE

What You’ll Bring




  • Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent/looking to up skill).

  • Experience: At least 2 years as a Children’s Residential Manager

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and children’s care legislation.

  • Passion: A dedication to delivering excellent care and positive outcomes for young people.

  • Bonus: Experience in launching new residential homes is an advantage.
