Vacancy: Registered Manager
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Salary: up to £42,000 per annum plus bonus

We are recruiting a Registered Manager for a childrens home in Corby, Northamptonshire. The service is home to 3 young people aged 8-18 years with emotional and behavioral difficulties.The organisationunderstands, happy staff are the cornerstone to a successful company and constantly strive to be the best employer they can be.

The successful candidate would be an experienced Registered Manager and a motivated leader who can build and lead an inspirational team whilst being an active and positive member of the Senior Management Team.

Registered Manager Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
5 years experience in Childrens Homes
2 years experience of management in Childrens Homes
Experience of current Ofsted Inspection Framework
Sound knowledge of governing legislation, procedures, and best practice in caring for children
Experience of working with young people with complex emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs (Desirable)
Experience in the delivery of staff training (Desirable)
