salary up to �60,000 per annum + �5,000 car allowance

NonStop Care is working with a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with an Outstanding Ofsted rating in the Kent area in order to help them find a Registered Fostering Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.

They are a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency, so you will be part of a charity where you can make a difference.

Responsibilities:

The Registered Fostering Manager will oversee a very stable team that includes a few Senior Practitioners and Supervising Social Workers, Independent Therapists, an Operations Manager and an Administration Manager.

The service has about 50 fostering households. They also have staying put arrangements for young people to remain with carers beyond their 18th birthday.

The Registered Fostering Manager will work from their office in Kent, however there are opportunities for home working.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are a Registered Fostering Manager and if you have a very good knowledge of the National Minimum Standards and Ofsted regulations.

You must have a very good management experience and a driving license also.
