Registered General Nurse


Job Duties:


  • Providing high-quality nursing care to patients
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the medical team
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Keeping accurate medical records and documentation
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
  • Adhering to all healthcare regulations and standards

Required Qualifications:


  • Valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration
  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills

Education:


  • Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification

Experience:


  • Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse
  • Previous work in NHS or any hospital

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Knowledge of nursing care procedures and protocols
  • Understanding of medical terminology and pharmacology
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to make quick decisions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise patient care

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Specialist nursing certifications or additional training
  • Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
