Purosearch are working with a developing care provider based in South Wales who require a Registered Home Manager in the Ammanford area. We are ideally looking for a manager with a background in elderly and dementia care services, someone who has previously been registered with CIW and has managed a 50+ bed care home.
As the Registered Home Manager you will manage this well presented care home which provides first class elderly and dementia residential care. The care home boasts fantastic facilities with an excellent environment that has been designed specifically for the care of elderly service users. The home has a great reputation within the local area.
Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Home Manager / Registered Manager with a stable background and strong knowledge of elderly care. As the Registered Home Manager you will manage the care and support team, ensure that the care delivered to service users continues to be delivered in an excellent fashion. You will ensure the residents are provided with the highest standards of care, the home continues to develop, profits increase and the business continues to develop.
The successful candidate will be:
-Registered Home Manager 2 years +
-Previously registered with CIW
-Strong elderly care experience
-Knowledge of CIW legislation / marketing / high calibre care provision
