Job Overview

Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an established care provider to find a new Registered Manager for one of their care services. The home is a medium sized elderly care that provides nursing and residential care with some dementia care as well. As the Manager of the service, you will be responsible for both operational and compliance aspects of the home and to make sure that the home is compliant with CQC. The home is performing really well and boasts a great reputation in the area. You will have an excellent clinical deputy manager alongside you as well as a really supportive regional team

Salary

�70,000 to �80,000 per annum plus potential bonuses

Candidate requirements

• To be successful in this position, you must currently be a Registered Manager in the care industry and have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines.


• You should also have experience working withing elderly cares services that have nursing care within them and be comfortable working with clinical professionals.


• As the potential Manager it is also vital that you have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business


• Ideally be NURSE Qualified

Location

This role is based in Sussex and is commutable from Brighton, Worthing, Hove, Eastbourne, Crawley and Burgess Hill
