Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse

A market leader is looking for a RNLD to join their mental health service in Wyke. The service supports men of a working age and with role will sit on their mental health and autism unit.��

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse:�

• Assist in providing high quality care and a safe and therapeutic environment.�
  

• Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives & other healthcare professionals.�
  

• Maintain documentation, undertake audits & demonstrate integrity in your role. �
  

• Participate in Staff and Patient meetings and attend training sessions as required.�
  

• Provide a high standard of care in a professional manner by providing direct nursing care to patients experiencing mental health problems.�

Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse Requirements:�

• Qualified Learning Disabilities Nurse. �
  

• Active NMC PIN. �
  

• Experience working within mental health and learning disabilities services. �
