Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Loughborough
Position: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (shared on-call)
Salary: £57,000 + Performance & Inspection Bonus (up to £69,000)

We're looking for a Registered Manager with experience in children’s residential care to lead our single-bed children’s home in Loughborough, providing the highest standard of care for a young person in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities- Leadership & Development: Inspire and support your team, creating a collaborative, positive environment focused on excellent care.
- Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure the home meets all Ofsted regulations and aligns with current children’s residential care legislation.
- Personalised Care Planning: Create and manage individualised care plans that provide emotional, physical, and mental support.
- Safeguarding: Uphold all safeguarding policies to maintain a safe, supportive environment.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets to maximise operational efficiency while delivering top-quality care.
What You’ll Bring- Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Children’s Residential Manager, with proven experience handling Ofsted inspections.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Ofsted regulations, compliance standards, and children’s care legislation.
- Dedication: A passion for delivering exceptional care and achieving positive outcomes for young people.
- Bonus: Experience in opening new residential homes is a plus!
