Are you a seasoned CQC Registered Manager seeking a rewarding role in a highly successful care operation? Our client, a leading provider of care services, is looking for a passionate and experienced individual to lead their team in Plymouth, with option to work Hybrid.



Package:

Responsibilities:




  • Oversee all aspects of the care operation, including care delivery, business development, and staff management

  • Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations

  • Lead and motivate a dedicated team of care professionals

  • Develop and implement new business strategies

  • Manage staff matters, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews



Requirements:




  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in the learning disability sector

  • Level 5 in Health or Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage a care team and ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

  • Full UK driving license
