Position: Registered Manager
Location: Cheadle
Salary: Up to �50,000 per annum (including bonuses; Deputy Managers looking to step up can start at �45,000 per annum)
About Us:
We're a dedicated children's care provider based in Cheadle, specializing in creating nurturing and supportive environments for young people. Our home is a 4-bedded facility currently housing 3 settled young people and 1 new arrival. We work with children who have a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, PDA, ODD, and those at risk of CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation).
About the Role:
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in children's residential care, especially for a Deputy Manager ready to step up into a more senior role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of dedicated care professionals.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement tailored care plans for each young person, addressing their individual needs and goals.
- Compliance: Ensure the home meets all regulatory standards and provides the highest quality of care.
- Resource Management: Efficiently manage budgets and resources.
- Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies, families, and the local community to support our young people.

About You:
- Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a children's residential setting, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of young people with complex needs.
