Registered Manager Learning Disabilities

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to work within a highly successful operation. The role requires a candidate who is confident in taking accountability for the complete service, including the delivery of care, business development and staff matters. This is a hybrid role based in Redruth.
Package
Highly competitive salary of £34,000 per annum depending on experience.
Full time 37.5 hours a week, mainly 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility required depending on business requirements
On call duties every 4-6 week on a rota basis
Hybrid working available ( to include office and remote working )
6 weeks annual leave rising increasing after one year of service.
