Healthcare Partnerships is seeking an experienced CQC Registered Manager for a residential service in Loughborough, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished leader who is passionate about delivering person-centred care in a supportive and dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential service, ensuring high standards of care in line with CQC regulations.

  • Oversee the provision of person-centred care, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, and complex needs to live fulfilling and independent lives.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining a safe and positive environment for both residents and staff.

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, providing training, support, and leadership to ensure continuous professional development and high-quality care.

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff, ensuring the service is always adequately staffed.

  • Work closely with external professionals, families, and carers to ensure collaborative care planning and a holistic approach to service user needs.

  • Manage budgets, resources, and service development, ensuring financial sustainability while delivering excellent care.

  • Maintain strong relationships with the local community, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to promote the service and enhance its reputation.



Essential Skills & Experience:




  • CQC Registered Manager with a proven track record of managing residential services for adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or complex needs.

  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

  • Experience in budget management and resource allocation within a care environment.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with families, carers, professionals, and regulatory bodies.

  • A compassionate, proactive, and person-centred approach to care, with a passion for supporting adults with complex needs to lead fulfilling lives.
