Hamptons are proud to be working in close partnership with a well-established and passionate Adults social care provider to help recruit for a motivated and resilient Registered Manager to oversee a unique Learning Disabilities service in the Southampton Area. The Role: Registered Manager Salary: £37,500 + Company benefits About the role: Hampton's are working exclusively in partnership with a well-known and respected Adult social care provider. As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit a Registered Manager for their Specialist Learning Disability service in the Southampton area. The appointed manager will be overseeing a service with an excellent reputation and a fantastic staff team. This branch provides specialist care for people with high level Learning Disabilities, within their own, or in their familys home. Our client have an excellent track record of developing staff and always look to progress staff organically and so are happy to consider either an experienced Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager (with the right experience) looking to step up! About You: A level 5 NVQ (or working towards) in Health & Social Care. Experience of working at deputy manager or registered manager in a similar environment. The ability to work well under pressure. Substantial experience of working in Learning Disability and/or Domiciliary service Engaging and energetic nature. Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations. A full driving licence and access to their own vehicle. Great leadership skills. Whats on Offer: Annual starting salary up to £37,500 6 weeks annual leave + your birthday off.
