Registered Manager Overview:
On behalf of a leading care provider, Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for a nurse qualified Registered Manager to oversee a small rehabilitation and residential service for adults that have suffered an acquired brain injury.
As Registered Manager you will manage a well equipped rehabilitation and residential service with an impeccable reputation as well as a highly trained support network in place. This role is working for a fantastic organisation with lots of opportunities to progress.
The Registered Manager Candidate:

• Qualified nurse with Registered Nursing Home Manager or Clinical background


• 5+ years of experience in a social care or healthcare setting


• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Commitment to social care and making a difference in the lives of others

The Registered Manager Package:

• Salary £40,000

The Registered Manager Interview Process:
Stage one – Informal meeting to discuss the role.
