Salary:�Up to �70,000 (Dependent on experience)

• Size:�32 beds


• Complex care:�Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, ABI and Physically Disabled

Requirements:

• Qualifications:�Must be a nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)


• Experience:�At least 3 years in management (consideration given to Deputy Managers,Ward Managers, Lead Nurse)


• Knowledge:�Strong understanding of CQC regulations


• Skills:�Ability to lead clinical teams, excellent communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders
