Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Stockport
Pay rate: £40K - £50K per annum
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Shift and schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Registered Manager in a children’s residential home in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and support a team looking after a group of young people.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £40K – £50K per annum depending on experience
  • £10K bonus to earn throughout the year if meeting targets
  • DBS fees reimbursed.

Client and Role:
  • Our client has a brand-new opportunity working in a children’s residential care home which is 5 beds.
  • The aim of the home is to help the residents develop and maintain the necessary social and living skills to enjoy a fulfilling life whilst ensuring their physical and emotional care needs are also met.
  • Leading and inspiring a staff team and take responsibility of their training, development, supervisions, and rotas.
  • Being a positive role model to the children and young people.
  • Delivering the Children’s Standards in the home.
Successful Applicant:
  • Must have previous supervisory experience in a residential childcare setting.
  • Full UK driving license is required.
  • Hold NVQ/QCFL5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management
