Our client is opening a brand-new supported living facility in Horsham and we are currently recruiting for a manager for this new project

The service will have 4 self-contained flats and house people with learning disabilities, Autism and / or mental health

You are a highly skilled and experienced manager supporting people who have complex care packages which include mental health conditions, personality disorder, Autism and learning disability. you are likely to have experience of Direct Management at registered manager level, have been part of CQC inspections, can complete investigations, safeguarding level 42s, lead on projects, recruitment, chair meetings and have the highest stand for quality for the people we support. They will have a track record of turn around, dealing with culture concerns and being able to bring services that are not performing into an area of excellence. you are a skilled leader who ensure our values our deep rooted within services and support and mentor other managers as peer coaches. you will also have extensive knowledge in the Health and Social Care Act, Mental Health Act 2017, (and its successor), forensic framework, Mental capacity Act 2005 and criminal justice system. Level 5 Managers have experience in managing large teams and complex care packages where individuals may be on 1:1 or 1:2 support. Level 5 managers will also support the Head of Quality in the Audit and key performance monitoring process including supporting and leading on Co production. This role may include presentations, training, attending conferences and being active on social media around social care. This role may include multisite managing across both residential and Supported living. The list is not exhaustive and other duties related to the job role may be added or amended.
