Children's Registered Manager
Location: Ebbw Vale
Salary: Up to �55,000 per annum (including bonuses)

About the Role:
As the Children's Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of a residential children's home. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding.
  • Leading and managing the staff team, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management.
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of each child, promoting their welfare and development.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of the home.
  • Building strong relationships with external agencies, families, and the local community.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential care setting.

  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
