Are you a compassionate and dedicated professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, dual diagnosis, and complex needs? In partnership with a recognised provider, I am seeking a Registered Manager to lead one of their small, established residential services in Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the residential service.
• Ensure the highest standards of care and support are provided to our residents.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of dedicated staff.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.

Requirements:

• Registered Manager qualification.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a residential care setting for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A deep commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Flexibility to share the on call rota
