Salary: £40000 and generous benefits package
Are you a compassionate and dedicated professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, dual diagnosis, and complex needs? In partnership with a recognised provider, I am seeking a Registered Manager to lead one of their small, established residential services in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the residential service.
Ensure the highest standards of care and support are provided to our residents.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of dedicated staff.
Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both residents and staff.
Requirements:
Registered Manager qualification.
Proven experience in a similar role within a residential care setting for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A deep commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Flexibility to share the on call rota
