Connect2SocialWork have partnered with an organisation who have a brand-new 3-bed children's residential service in South East London. We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager/Deputy Manager who will play an integral role in setting up the home, OFSTED registration and ongoing future.
The home has excellent facilities to aid working with children and young people with Social, Emotional, Behavioural Difficulties and Learning Disabilities.
Requirements of the Registered Manager include:
Pay:
Start salary of up to £65,000.00 per year (dependant on experience)
Bonus: 12month Bonus review linked to performance and Good - Outstanding OFSTED rating. (Total package: up to £75,000 per year)
