Job Title: Registered Manager
Location:Widnes
Salary: �35,000 - �45,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We are working on behalf of a leading provider of specialist care for children and families. This organisation is committed to providing high-quality, innovative services that support families in need. As part of their service they have a family centre that offers a safe and nurturing environment for children and families, providing assessment, support, and guidance.
Job Purpose:
As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the new family centre. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Managing and developing a team of dedicated staff
  • Providing high-quality care and support to children and families
  • Building strong relationships with external agencies and stakeholders


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Ofsted.
  • Safeguarding: Prioritise the safety and well-being of children and families.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the service.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality services, including assessments, interventions, and support plans.


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant social work qualification or equivalent
  • Significant experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A commitment to safeguarding and child protection
