Will be a full rota (Days/Nights)

All are to start ASAP with no booking end date at the moment. All Nurses will be required to undertake the trusts 5 day PAT training in addition to their already gained training

Job Duties:

• Provide high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions
• Assess and evaluate patients' mental health needs
• Develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patients' progress and report any changes to the medical team
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse qualification
• Valid NMC registration

Education:

Degree in Nursing

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Mental Health Nurse

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of mental health conditions and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing
• Training in specific mental health areas such as Dementia, PICU, Acute, or Eating Disorder
