What we are looking for:
- RGN level 1 registration
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of palliative care and the needs of patients with complex symptoms as well as at end of life.
- Forward thinking with excellent communication skills
You'll be part of a supportive team that truly cares about you and your development. Using a patient-centred approach and evidenced based practice, assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and co-ordinate care from admission to discharge. You will be expected to administer medication and treatment as prescribed in accordance with the NMC's and the Charity's policies and guidelines. You will also provide emotional, psychological and spiritual support for patients and carers.
